| 摘 要： | 本文从场独立-场依存认知风格出发,探讨认知风格与职业倾向类型和职业选择之间的关系。结果发现:性别和学科专业是影响大学生认知风格和职业倾向的重要因素,不同的认知风格具有不同的职业倾向。大学生在进行职业选择时需要切实考虑自身认知风格的特点,考虑职业类型与认知风格的适应性。
