农业企业社会责任研究

基于农业的行业特殊性，采用规范分析的方法研究农业企业社会责任的界定、内容、性质与竞争力的关系。提出农业企业的社会责任应该将关注利益相关者的利益作为企业的管理任务，其内容包含消费者、员工、股东等方面。农业的行业特殊性导致农业企业社会责任的特殊性。农业企业履行社会责任可以从诸多方面提升农业企业的竞争力。

Study on social responsibility of agricultural enterprise

Based on the features of agricultural industry we discuss in normative analysis,the definition,contents,nature of agricultural enterprises community responsibility and the effects on competitiveness.In agricultural enterprises,the interest of stakeholder which include consumer,stuff and shareholder,ect,should be primary concerned.Agribusiness social responsibility has the specificity of industry.Carrying out social responsibility can also enhance their competitiveness in many ways.
