| 摘 要： | 随着体育课程教学改革的深入,依据《国家学生体质健康标准》的要求,文章对山西高等职业学院学生的体质健康状况进行测试调查,通过对2008级学生的身体机能和素质的比较分析,根据学生体质健康状况存在的主要问题提出相应的建议,以便为高职院校的体育教学提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | With the deepening development of physical education reform,according to National Standards of Students Physical Health,the paper does the investigation on the physical health conditions of students in Taiyuan vocaitonal colleges,through comparative analyzing the mechnism and qualities of students in Grade 2008,the study tries to provide some suggestions for the improvement according to the problems in their physical health conditions,to offer a theoretical basis for college sport teaching. |
