摘    要:"心理敏感区"这一特殊情况的学生视体育课为负担,其情感障碍、精神压力很大。这不但造成体育课教学质量的下降,而且造成诸多运动损伤。为使教学内容能更好地实施,学生身心得以正常发展,文章就"心理敏感区"这一特殊问题进行分析讨论,以达到总结积累体育教学经验的目的。

Abstract:The students who have mental sensitive areas regard sports course as a burden.They have emotional obstacles and great stress.This not only leads to poor quality about sports teaching,but also a lot of sport injuries to students.In order to carry out the teaching program and make students achieve mental and physical development,this paper makes an analysis of the special problem-mental sensitive areas for better sports teaching.
