完善党政干部教育培训机制的思考

新时期的改革开放和现代化建设,对党政干部的教育培训提出了更高的要求,培训任务也十分艰巨。为此,完善以往单一调训机制,使其成龙配套并发挥整体功能,是摆在全党干部教育战线上的一个新课题。配套的培训机制,是由调学机制、督学机制、考学机制和用学机制构成的相互衔接、相辅相成、相得益彰的体系。该体系的构建与运作,将使新时期的党政干部教育培训工作跃上一个更高的档次,提升到一个更高的水平。

In order to fulfill the arduous training task, one problem must be solved - that is to change the previous training system into a new self - en- closed one composed of the curriculum adjustment mechanism, the curriculum supervision mechanism, the test mechanism and the mechanism for application of knowledge learned from training. All these interconnected mechanisms complement one another.
