| 摘 要： | 当前,国际间技术创新实力的竞争表现得尤为突出,技术创新人才的竞争成为国与国竞争的战略组成部分.学术交流成为技术创新人才培养成长的重要途径,也是产学研合作的重要纽带.国内外的学术交流日益密切,促进了新学科的产生和交叉学科的发展,研究学术交流及其对技术创新人才的培养有着非常重要的现实意义. |
