| Abstract: | By means of quantitative survey,in-depth interviews,and literature review,this paper,taking the projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China as example,explores and discusses the position and the capacity of postdoc independently conducting scientific research,and concludes that postdoc is capable of being the principal investigator to conduct scientific research independently. |
