| 摘 要： | 华侨参政议政在中国有其历史传统和现实需要。新中国成立后，华侨的参政议政权得到了法律保障，华侨在从中央到地方的各级“两会’’中均占有一定席位。近年来，华侨可以受邀列席政协会议，这是对华侨参政制度的有益探索。
