| 摘 要： | 我国跳高水平滞后，如何使我国跳高运动尽快改变落后局面，是值得重点研究的课题之一。本文分析了我国跳高运动目前的形势和特点，从教练员综合素质、后备人才、体制三个方面分析了我国跳高运动落后的原因。提出改善我国跳高运动成绩的建议和对策：培养高素质教练队伍；合理选材，拓宽选材范围；深化体制改革。

| Abstract: | China＇ s high jump is backward. It is worth to study how to change the China＇ s high jump situation as soon as possible. This paper discusses the current situation of China＇ s high jump movements and characteristics, analyzes the reasons on three aspects from the overall quality of coaches, reserve personnel and system and puts forward the recommendations and countermeasures to improve China＇ s high jump： training high - quality coaching team, a reasonable choice of material, expanding the scope of selection and deepening the structural reform. |
