高密度三凝水泥浆体系在留69—14X井的研究与应用

摘    要:留69—14井是华北地区冀中凹陷大王庄油田留69断块构造上的一口定向开发井,完钻井深3819m/3580m,最大井斜33.1°。此井存在长油层段、井底温度高、井眼质量差、井径扩大率大、顶替效率差、井下情况复杂不易压稳,固井后有可能导致层间窜流等一系列固井技术难题。文章针对固井技术难题,结合该断块地质特征,提出采用三凝水泥浆体系进行封固的技术思路,经过室内化验与在留69—14X固井中的现场应用,发现此技术思路可以取得良好的固井效果。

Abstract:Liu 69 - 14X is a directional well in the Liu 69 block structure of Dawangzhuang oilfield in Jizhong depression of North China. Its well depth is 3819m with a maximum inclination 33.1°. There were a series of cementing technology problems caused by long reservoir, high bottom hole temperature, poor wellbore quality, large hole enlargement, low replacement efficiency, not easy to budding in complex down hole conditions, cross flow after cementing and so on. For these technology problems, combined with the geological characteristics of fault block, three- cementslurry system was used in cementing well, which is proved to effective in experiments and well cementing.
