| 摘 要： | 捐赠基金市值的大小日益成为美国诸多名校竞争力水平的重要影响因素之一。文章通过对2004财政年度排名在美国高校捐赠基金市值前10位的学校研究,发现他们不但无一例外的均为美国著名高校,而且在世界大学的排名中也居于举足轻重的位置。文章针对这些高校在捐赠收入的校内配置程序、方法及特点方面做进一步探析,并为我国高校在捐赠收入的运作及校内配置等方面提出建议。

| Abstract: | The market value of endowment is becoming more and more important to American famous universities. This paper researches on the universities which have their endowment fund market value in top 10 of American university in 2004, and finds that they are famous not only in American universities ranking but also in world-class universities academic ranking. This article intruduces the procedure, method and characteristics of endowment allocation of American famous universities. And,the author provides somes ideas for Chinese universities in aspects mentioned above. |
