| Abstract: | At the moment in China,the superiority for library and Information undertaking to compete with other information industries lies in the proportion of information resources they hold and the rate of social demand for those resources,but what is much-needed to strengthen is the ability of techonlogical competition and the establishment of their own market. Library and information undertakings should have a firm confidence to struggle for existance by means of actual arrengen and setting up a competitive idea to win victory through best quality.7 refs. |
