基于S7-200PLC的牲畜圈舍自动控制系统设计

摘    要:针对目前牲畜圈舍养殖环境卫生差、管理粗放、影响牲畜养殖效益的问题,对牲畜圈舍进行技术改造,设计了一套牲畜圈舍自动控制系统。将S7-200PLC作为系统控制的核心,通过温度传感器对环境温度进行采集和转换,采用MCGS组态软件设计控制界面,对温度信息进行实时监测,并实现牲畜圈舍粪便的自动清扫、温度自动调整、自动喂水排水等控制功能。通过实验室制作模型进行了模拟运行,此系统操作简便、可靠性高,能够实现对牲畜圈舍的自动化管理。

Abstract:The author of this paper has designed a new automatic control system for the livestock houses in view of the current low breeding efficiency due to the poor breeding livestock house sanitation and slack management. S7-200PLC is the core of the control system and temperature sensors collects and converts the environment temperature. MCGS is applied to design the control interface. This system can perform real-time monitoring of temperature, automatic cleaning, automatic adjustment o temperature, and automatic feeding and water drainage. Laboratory models were constructed and simulation showed that this system has the advantages of simple operation, high reliability and automatic management of livestock houses.
