魏文侯重贤用人之道浅析

魏侯非常重视人才。其重贤用人之道大体表现在以下几个方面：一是改革旧制，选贤任能；二是思贤若渴，极力访求；三是重诺守信，以诚待人；四是任人以能不以行；五是心胸阔达，善于纳谏；六是知人善任，用人不疑。作为魏国强盛因素之一，魏侯的重贤思想和用人举措无疑是值得称道和肯定的，即使在今天仍然有借鉴意义。

The second is trying by every means to find out the best ones. The third is keeping his word and treating them honestly.The fourth is choosing the person by his talent not by his deeds.The fifth is being good at accepting others' suggestions. The sixth is apointing persons and trusting them. Being one of the factors in making Wei country strong and flourishing ,Wei Wenhou's ideas is apointing talent were worth praising. These ideas are still valuable even in the modern society.
