| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,许多高校出现多校区现象,这给学生管理和思想政治工作带来了新的困难,尤其是公寓学生的思想政治工作。为此,探索公寓学生的思想政治工作新模式尤为重要。不但要求政治辅导员进驻学生公寓,而且要求建立学生公寓管理协调与决策机构,建立公寓思想教育与管理工作系统,健全公寓内教育管理制度,并要营造学生公寓文化氛围。同时,还要处理好与公寓管理中心,其他形式思想政治工作,教学管理、教学改革的关系。

| Abstract: | We are now witnessing the phenomenon of "more than one campus in universities",which brings about new difficulties to the students administration and ideological and political work.It calls for new methods for new characteristics of socialized students' apartments in new campuses.This paper try to shed light on the pattern and experience of the students' ideological and political work in new campuses in Quanzhou Teachers' College. |
