| 摘 要： | 大学文化是现代大学制度建设的核心,是社会主义文化的重要组成部分,以社会主义核心价值体系引领大学文化建设,是社会主义核心价值体系在我国一流大学建设中的运用与发展。高校党组织是党领导大学文化建设的行为主体,大学文化建设是高校党建面临的新任务、新挑战,也是高校党建工作的一项创新。本文引入＂双辐射＂概念,力图辨析和阐述高校党建与大学文化建设之间相互依存、联系、促进的方式和途径。

| Institution: | University culture is the core of constructing the modern university system,which is the important component of socialist culture. The socialist core values system leading university culture construction is the use and development in constructing Chinese world--class university. University Party is the dominant in leading university culture construction. And university culture construction is the task and challenge for University Party Construction,which is also an innovation.This paper uses double radiation concept to analyse and differentiate the relationship between university Party construction and university culture construction. |
