| 摘 要： | 有关婚姻家庭关系的立法一直是蒙古族古代法制建设中的一项重要内容，从成吉思汗《大札撒》到《卫拉特法典》，蒙古族有关婚姻家庭关系的立法一直受到重视，并随着蒙古社会的发展不断完善和改进。同时，作为同期社会关系的缩影，蒙古族有关婚姻家庭关系的立法就像一面多棱镜，折射出了蒙古社会发展变迁的轨迹。

A Discussion on the Legislation for Marriage and Family Relationship Among Ancient Mongols |

| Abstract: | Legislation about relations of marriage and family is always an important content during ancient legal system construction of the Mongol nationality. From Genghis Khan'Dazhasa to The law of Weilate, legislation about relations of marriage and family has always been paid great attention to the Mongol nationality. With the development of Mongol society,it has also been improved continuously. At the same time,as the epitome of society relation legislation about relations of marriage and family of the Mongol nationality is just like a mirror,reflecting develepment and vicissitudes of Mongol society.Key words: the Mongol nationality; legislation about relations of marriage and family; social problems |
