| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,成人教育在21世纪也实现了一次大的跨越,成人高等教育的总体规模翻了两番,但扩张式发展促使成人教育在管理体制和管理机制上的深层次矛盾和弊端日渐凸现,导致一系列关于成人教育发展的新老现实问题纠缠在一起,严重地制约了我国成人教育持续健康快速发展。从我国成人教育长远发展战略着眼,构建21世纪我国成人教育持续发展新机制已刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of educational cause in our country,adult education achieved a great span in the 21st century,its overall scale has been doubled.But the expansive development leads to many contradictions and malpractices in the management system and mechanism.New problems are tangled with old ones and the rapid,healthy and sustainable development is greatly restricted.In view of the strategy for adult education's long term development,it's urgent to construct a new mechanism for its sustainable development in the 21st century. |
