On an Overall Control of the Whole Process of Swimming Training

An overall control of the whole process including different factors in swimming training were discussed from a systematic point of view and combined with author's training experience. It is believed that the role of non-intelligence factors in many-years training of swimmers should be stressed, talents selection should be continuously conducted during the whole process of talents cultivation, the overall dynamic training process should be controlled as a whole. and the whole process of top-level swimmers training should be put under strict and scientific controlling in swimming training.
