| Abstract: | Starting with an analysis on the background of the vocational college stu- dents together with teaching characteristics of Human Resources Management Course, the article elaborates that Human Resources Management Course in vocational colleges should be market-oriented and repositioned in terms of its objectives,requirements so as to achieve its teaching features and practical results. |
