| 摘 要： | 随着啁啾脉冲放大技术的发展,为用拼接的方法获得大尺寸衍射光栅已经成为一项急待解决的课题.本文从拼接的六种偏差出发,通过比较不同的消除方法,将拼接法分为:补偿拼接法、干涉拼接法、远场光斑拼接法和平移曝光法,为用拼接法获得大尺寸光栅提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | With the development of the Chirped-pulse-amplification,to obtain the larger-size diffraction grating by tiling has already become a urgent problem to be solved.This text introduce six kinds of deviations of tiling according to the difference of cancel deviation method.It can be divided into four methods such as compensation,mosaic by interferometer,mosaic by far-field intensity pattern, translation and exposure.This paper provides the theories basis for making the larger-size diffraction gating by tiling. |
