高技术企业科技人才流失现状及对策

摘    要:高新技术企业相对于其他企业,对知识和技术的依赖性更大,知识密集度更高,同时对掌握知识与技术的主体———人才的要求更高,高新技术企业之间人才争夺也越来越激烈。因此能否获得企业所需人才,人力资源是否得到充分、有效的利用,以及能否有效地防止人才的流失,直接关系到这些企业的发展水平和发展速度。从高新技术企业人才流失的现状出发,挖掘人才流失的原因所在,并对高新技术企业如何留住人才这一问题进行了深入的探讨。

Abstract:Contrary to other enterprises,high-tech enterprises have a higher reliance to knowledge and technique and a higher knowledge tendency.Also they have a larger demand of the body of knowledge and technique-talents,so competitions of talents among high-tech enterprises have become more ardent.Therefore whether can these enterprises obtain talents in need,whether can human resource been utilized sufficient and effective in these enterprises and whether can they effectively prevent brain drain directly related to the level and speed of development of the enterprises.According to the actuality of brain drain in the high-tech enterprises,this paper excavates the cause of the brain drain,and does embedded research on how can high-tech enterprises retain talents.
