| 摘 要： | 在行政诉讼中,对调解进行制度性设计是一个宏大而又复杂的系统工程,既要吸纳民事诉讼调解制度中的合理成分,又要兼具行政诉讼程序体系的独特个性,既要吸收域外的先进经验和成果,又要兼顾我国传统的诉讼心理、诉讼习惯和诉讼模式.
