| 摘 要： | 建国后我国高等院校人才培养模式演进过程具有如下特征:高等院校举办者和办学者主导地位互换;大学生的实力结构不仅在要素构成上发生了变化,而且各要素的重要性也发生了变化;实现这种实力结构的方式日趋丰富。

| Abstract: | In new Chinese colleges and universities,the features of the evolution of these models can be listed as follows: leading roles have exchanged between the holders and the operators of universities;capacity structure needed for undergraduates have changed at both component structural factors and the importance of each factor;methods to cultivate talents have been increasingly rich. |
