| 摘 要： | 现代篮球比赛中,对抗性越来越强,犯规次数也相应增加。在犯规后的罚球中,肌肉本体感觉对命中率有重要的影响,因此,应该重视罚球命中率的训练,提高篮球比赛中的罚球命中率。
