摘    要:外语教师培训是提高外语教师素质的重要手段。基于网络的外语教师发展培训平台的建设因其相对低成本、高效率以及不受时空限制等优点越来越受到青睐。通过对2009广东高中英语教师职务培训网络平台的研究,讨论了其多模性和交互性的特点。从多模性角度的研究肯定了培训网页的媒体强势,对网页多模态的研究也是抛砖引玉;从交互性角度评价了学员与学员、指导教师与学员和学员与平台之间的交互关系,并提出了相应建议。
