An International Political Interpretation of Leviathan

Leviathan is one of famous works of Thomas Hobbes who was a realistic political thinker in modern England.In this book Hobbes compared state to Leviathan,in order to explain how people made contract,transfered their rights and established a state to avoid the natural tribulation.Hobbes brought forward a series of concepts and hypothesies,like nature of evil,natural state and Leviathan,which not only had an important influence on later political thought,but also enlightened international political theories.Leviathan is regarded as the theoretic source of international political realism by classical Realism and neo-realism.What's more,cosmopolitism of idealism also derives useful ideas from it.
