辽宁省大学生课余体育调查与分析

通过对我省10余所大学的2000多名大学生的调查,分析探讨了当前辽宁大学生课余体育锻炼的现状,并针对所发现的问题提出了建议.研究表明:当前,课余体育锻炼已成为相当一部分大学生课余生活的主要活动方式之一.大学生总体上课余体育锻炼参与面较广,但活动量相对不足.锻炼的方式、场所及锻炼项目等存在较明显的集中趋势,多数大学生对课余体育锻炼抱有兴趣,锻炼价值取向具有多元化特征.场地器材缺乏、学习任务过重等外在因素仍然是参与课余体育锻炼的主要制约因素,并且在课余体育锻炼参与率、周锻炼次数、每次锻炼时间、锻炼兴趣等方面,存在着较明显的性别差异.

Investigation and Analysis on Sports Activities After Class of College Students in Liaoning Province

On the basis of the investigation over 2000 students in about 10 universities in Liaoning Provinces,thepaper here discusses the present situation of the sports activities after class of the college students in LiaoningProvince and makes some suggestions for the problems discovered.According to the research,at present,the sportsactivities after class have become one of the main way of activities after school of most college students.Generallyspeaking,the students take part in a large scope of the sports activities after class,however,the amount is not e-nough,and the method,the space and the item of exercising is obviously concentrated.Most students are interestedin the sports activities after class and bear pluralized purposes of exercising.Some exterior factor,uch as the lac-king of place and equipment and the heavy learning load remain the restrictive elements for the students to takepart in the sports activities after class.There is evident gender differences in the participating rate,times of weeklyexercising,time of each exercising and interest in exercising.
