SrAl_2O_4:Eu~(2 )的长余辉发光特性

摘    要:着重研究了SrAl_2O_4:Eu~(2 )材料的制备及其长余辉发光特性。对所制备的样品,首先进行X射线粉未衍射,证明其基质为SrAl_2O_4单斜晶体结构;然后,通过对其激发光谱和发射光谱的测量,表明样品的发光属于典型的Eu~(2 )d——f跃迁;最后,观测其热释光谱,出现两个热释发光峰值,说明样品的长余辉发光特性是由于两个足够深的电子陷阱所致。

Abstract:This article mainly studies the preparations of the materials of SrAl2O4: Eu2 and their charalteristics of long luminosity. To the samples of preparatims , we must, first of all,do X-ray diffraction to prove that the basic texture of the samples are of SrAl2O4 crytal structure, and it belongs to Monocline system. Next, par measuring their excitation spectrum and emission spectrum, it shows that the Inminosity of the samples typically belongs to the d-f transition of Eu2 . At last, after having obserred their thermal luminosity spectrum,two peaks of the thermal Inminosity spectnum come out, which have proved that the characteristics of long Inminosity are caused by two very deep electron traps.
