| 摘 要： | 本文通过对青藏牧区中小学教师队伍的现状、存在的问题在实地调查的基础上,经过深入分析,提出了充实师资力量,加大培养培训力度,推进中小学人事制度改革,强化师德建设等方面的加强少数民族地区教师队伍建设的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the field survey, this paper thoroughly analyses the present situation and the existing problems in the primary and secondary school teachers in the pastoral areas around Qinghai and Tibet, and then brings forward a series of countermeasures relating to strengthening the build- ing of teaching staff in minority areas, such as enlarging teaching staff, intensifying efforts to develop training, promoting the reform of personnel system in primary and secondary sehools and strenthening the building of teachers professional ethics,etc. |
