临时团队中快速信任影响前因的实证分析

摘    要:本文研究了临时团队中快速信任构建的影响前因。在梳理了有关国内外快速信任前因研究的基础上,从四个影响层面出发,建立了信任影响因素与快速信任间的前因驱动模型;并以国内的临时团队为研究对象,运用实证分析方法进行了研究。分析结果揭示除Meyerson等人提出的团队层面因素外,一个国家或民族的文化因素、传统的信任前因、沟通行为特征等,也对快速信任的构建起到很大的促进作用。

Abstract:The paper studies on the antecedents of swift trust in temporary organizations. Based on the review of correlative trustantecedent researches, the paper creates an antecedents-driving model between trust antecedent variables and swift trust from four different aspects. Choosi temporary organizations ng of enterprises in China as objects, it uses empirical methods to analyze and validate the hypothesis. Analysis results show that besides the teamlevel antecedents, a country's cultural facts, the traditional trust antecedents and communicative facts also have significant effects on swift trust.
