| 摘 要： | "三个代表"重要思想是指导社会主义现代化建设的理论武器,反贫困是现代化的目标与实质,两者是现代化过程中理论与实践的高度统一。因此,在新时期反贫困只有坚持"三个代表"重要思想,才能全方位推进中国的现代化进程。
