聚苯胺的合成及溶解性研究

摘    要:采用化学氧化聚合法,以苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,在酸性介质中合成了聚苯胺,探讨了合成条件对聚苯胺产率及溶解率的影响,通过红外光谱对聚苯胺的结构进行表征。结果表明,聚苯胺的最佳合成条件为:氧化剂与苯胺的投料比为1∶1.5,掺杂酸浓度为0.04 mol/L,反应温度为20℃、反应时间为6小时,掺杂对聚苯胺溶解率影响很大,磺基水杨酸掺杂聚苯胺在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的溶解性最好,为24.7%。

Abstract:With aniline as monomer and ammonium peroxydisulfate as oxidant, the study adopts chemical oxidative polymerization to synthesize Polyaniline (PANI) in acid medium. In addition, it discusses the influence of synthesis condition on the yield and solubility of Polyaniline and characterizes the structure of Polyaniline with infra - red spectrum. The results show that the best experimental conditions of high yield is: feeding oxidant and aniline ratio is 1: 1.5 ; organic acid concentration is 0.04 mol/L; reaction temperature is 20℃ ; reaction time is 6 hours ; doping influences the solubility of Polyaniline greatly; the solubility of Polyaniline doped in sulfosalieylie acid is 24.7% , which is the optimal.
