微培训下的中小学教师混合培训模式

摘    要:微培训以"微"为主要表现形式,利用网络便捷地进行培训者与学员及学员间的交流互动;微培训关注教学小现象、小问题,通过微课程等方式增强教师培训实效性,实现线上与线下全新"混合式培训"模式。
