| 摘 要： | 根据清代的法律,雷公山地区苗族民众之间的争讼适用当地的苗族习惯法,习惯法中的惩罚方式主要是血亲复仇、死刑制度和财产方面的处罚。婚姻法中的游方制度、结婚制度和离婚制度都与封建时期的国家法有非常大的区别。存在独特的讲理和神判等程序方面的制度。

| Abstract: | According to the law in Qing Dynasty, the lawsuits among the Hmong in Leigong Mountain areas were subject to the local Hmong customary law, which primarily consisted of blood feud, death penalty and property punishment. The courtship visit system and the marriage and divorce systems, with their unique systems such as debate and divination verdict, diverged greatly from national law. |
