高校思想政治理论课教师继续教育问题探微

各高校重视思政课教师队伍建设,无论从数量、结构、教学科研和教育培训等总体情况,近几年都有了明显提高。但是系统地从思政课教师继续教育情况来看,还是不尽完善和理想,而高校思政课教师继续教育问题是思政课教师队伍建设的重要问题。根据2012年《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》针对继续教育明确提出的有关要求,需要从形式、内容和机制等各方面,对高校思想政治理论课教师继续教育深入研究,积极加强和完善高校思政课教师继续教育工作。
