| 摘 要： | 对于企业来说隐性知识比显性知识更有价值,但是隐性知识的共享却一直是知识管理中的难点。文章结合饭店企业实际,用博弈方法分析了激励因素对隐性知识共享的重要性,认为为实现饭店隐形知识的有效共享,应从物质激励和精神激励两个角度建立激励机制,在此基础上努力培育知识共享的企业文化。

| Abstract: | Tacit knowledge is worth more than explicit knowledge for enterprise,but the sharing of the tacit knowledge has been difficult in the field of knowledge management.Combined with the actual situation of the hotel,It analyses the incentive factors of tacit knowledge sharing,and gives some suggestion. |
