少数民族学校教师角色意识初探--个案研究

摘    要:本研究采用个案研究方法,根据对中国西部某些少数民族地区(甘肃和西藏)学校日常生活的观察,以及对少数民族教师和社区成员的访谈,发现在现有的基础条件下,少数民族教师将本地区学校教育发展存在的问题和困难很大程度上归结为物质条件的匮乏、社区成员、家庭对教育的不重视等原因。本研究认为在发展中国西部少数民族地区基础教育中,少数民族教师对教师角色地位的理解和认同存在问题,这应引起教师教育的反思和重视。

Abstract:The case study in this research has been employed to observe school daily lite, to interview schoolteachers and community members in Guansu and Tibet. It has been found that ethnic schoolteachers would like to interpret basic education problems in their regions as the economic poverty and ignorance of community members, and family. Bases on the collected data, the study makes a conclusion that the teacher role awareness of these ethnic schoolteachers is problematic, especially in the understanding and identification of teacher role status in their ethnic group education and development. This problem should be reflected and given more emphasis in teacher education in ethnic minority regions.
