The Study on Market Allocation of Higher Educational Resources in China Under WTO

Based on the background of China's entry into WTO,the paper studies the issue of higher education development in China,while the market allocation of higher education resources is increasingly important and international competition is severer.The research is based on the condition of such matters like that the decreasing of the government 's investment capability,and the increasing of the funds demand and social requirement in high education,and the increasing of the scope of high education itself.
