摘    要:高职院校作为基础教育阶段英语师资培养的主渠道,应顺应基础英语教育课程的变化改革现有的实践教学体系,使毕业生能够直接适应新课标,尽快完成从学生到英语教师角色的转化。本文从海南外国语职业学院应用英语专业"零适应期"人才培养模式的实践教学体系构建方面,提出了三年或五年不断线实践教学模式的课程设置、实习质量保障体系中实习基地的建设和实践教学的组织与管理等措施,在高职少儿英语师资培养实践教学模式的整合上做了可行性的探索。
