培养高职学生健康人格的心理健康教育课程研究

摘    要:将心理健康教育与人格教育相结合,将心理学中的人格理论融入课程教学,可促进高职学生人格完善。本研究采用卡特尔16PF量表对本校上大学生健康人格心理学的学生进行研究,并且在课程结束后对这些同学进行追踪调查,结果显示,健康人格心理学课程对于促进学生健康人格发展有积极作用。

Abstract:Mental health education and personality to education,and the combination of the psychology of personality theory into the curriculum teaching,can promote vocational students' perfect personality.This study adopts Cattell 16PF scale to study the healthy personality psychology of college students,and at the end of the course carry out an investigation on the students,the results show,healthy personality psychology course has a positive effect to promote the students' healthy personality development.
