| Abstract: | Through analyzing the connotation and functions of key competitive power of enterprises, this paper states the relationship between the enterpises' key competitiue power and deuelopmant of human resources: the situation of the latter depends on the power of the tormer; the doveloping process of the former is the course of the latter and the essential goal of the latter is to strength the tormer . |
