民族院校教育学专业本科创新人才培养存在的问题与对策——以中南民族大学为例

摘    要:教育学专业在我国民族院校本科办学历史不长,却为民族地区培养了大量合格的中小学教师与教育管理者。回溯民族院校教育学本科专业办学历史,希望为培养民族院校教育学专业本科创新人才提供一定的借鉴作用。民族院校教育学专业本科创新人才培养主要存在三个问题:第一,人才培养目标不清晰、不明确;第二,课程设置不够合理,课程体系有待完善;第三,教学方法单一,有待整合优化。为提高民族院校教育学本科专业创新人才的培养质量,本文从培养目标、课程设置与教学方法三个方面出发,提出三个应对策略:第一,准确定位培养目标,制定切实可行的培养方案;第二,分流培养方向,合理调整课程体系;第三,优化整合,实现多种教学方法并行。

Problems and Countermeasures of Undergraduate Innovative Talents training in Education Majors in Institues of Nationalities--Take South-Center University for nationalities as an example

Abstract:The history of education major in our country’s ethnic colleges is not long,but for ethnic areas to train a large number of qualified primary and secondary school teachers and education managers.Looking back on the history of education undergraduate program in ethnic colleges,this paper hopes to provide some reference for cultivating innovative talents in education undergraduate program in ethnic colleges.There are three problems in the cultivation of innovative talents for undergraduate students majoring in pedagogy in ethnic colleges.First?ly,the talent training goal is not clear and ambiguous;Secondly,the curriculum is not reasonable,the curriculum system needs to be improved;Thirdly,the teaching method is single and needs to be integrated and optimized.In order to improve the quality of the cultivation of innovative talents in the undergraduate education major of ethnic colleges and universities,this paper puts forward three countermeasures from three aspects:Firstly,the training target should be accurately positioned and a feasible training program should be formulated.Secondly,the diversion of training direction,reasonable adjustment of the curriculum system;Thirdly,the optimization and integration,the realization of a variety of teaching methods parallel.
