新时代背景下民族教育的民族性与现代性审视

摘    要:新中国成立以来,我国民族教育取得了辉煌的成就。随着教育信息化的持续推进,民族教育中存在的民族性与现代性矛盾日益突出。正确理解、处理民族性与现代性关系是实现民族教育内涵式发展的关键所在。本文从民族教育的民族性与现代性内涵出发,探析民族教育的现代性与民族性之间存在传统与现代渐裂、通用语言与母语失衡、文化与经济分离等内在矛盾。在此基础上,提出了新时代背景下民族教育民族性与现代性互融途径,即发展少数民族双语教育、大力实施多元文化教育、整体保障民族文化经济发展。

Abstract:Since the founding of new China,China’s national education has made brilliant achievements.With the continuous advancement of educational informatization,the contradiction between nationality and modernity in na⁃tional education is increasingly prominent.Correctly understanding and dealing with the relationship between nation⁃ality and modernity is the key to realize the connotative development of national education.Starting from the connota⁃tion of nationality and modernity of national education,this paper analyzes the internal contradictions between the modernity and nationality of national education,such as the gradual split between tradition and modernity,the im⁃balance between general language and mother tongue,and the separation of culture and economy.On this basis,the paper puts forward the ways of the integration of nationality and Modernity in the new era:developing bilingual education of ethnic minorities,vigorously implementing multicultural education,and overall guaranteeing the devel⁃opment of national cultural economy.
