电化学抛光对1Cr18Ni9Ti性能的影响研究

摘    要:研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在磷酸—硫酸—铬酐等电解液中电化学抛光后的性能。结果表明:电化学抛光后1Cr18Ni9Ti表层钝化膜形成,其耐腐蚀性明显提高,表面光亮度比机械抛光明显提高,可达镜面程度。同时冷作硬化层的去除,使表面显微硬度稍下降,电化学抛光可提高1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的宏观性能。

Abstract:This paper is a research on the properties of stainless-vitriol-chromic anhydride electrolyte.The result indicates that, after electrochemistry polishing,a passivation film creates at the surface of the stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti ,of which the anticaustic properties improves obviously and the surface is like a mirror and smoother than the result of mechanical polishing.At the same time,the removal of the sclerotic surface decreases slightly the micro-rigidity of surface,As the electrochemistry polishing can not only improve the macroscopicalfunction of stainless steek 1Cr18Ni9Ti but also get better result than mechanical polishing and chemic polishing,it is widely used.
