对西汉初期导引式分类及名称的研究——从西汉初期的竹简和帛画中的导引式名称分类和比较研究来看其时代的导引式命名特征

1973—1984年，中国湖南省和湖北省出土了两千年前的竹简《引书》、《合阴阳》、《天下至道谈》和帛画《导引图》。对于这些文物中的健康导引术的分类及各式名称的先行研究大多还处于言及水平。运用历史资料研究法对于这些导引式名称进行了分类对比研究。探明了西汉初期对导引式命名的特征及内在关系，为丰富中国和亚洲及世界体育文化宝库提供重要史料。

Name of the guidance way of the earlier Han dynasty——Character of the guidance way of its age by the assortment and the comparison of the name of the guidance way of the bamboo slips and painting on silk from the earlier Han dynasty

From 1973-1984,the Hunan and Hubei province of China unearthed bamboo slips named Yin Shu,He Yin Yang,Tian Xia Zhi Dao Tan and Dao Yin Tu about 2000 years ago.The most former diversity study about these improving health of which thing was adverted but still just plainly mentioned sometimes.This article assorts and compares these names of the guidance way by using the study of the historical apparatus,and has come out the character and the inter adherent about the name of the guidance way of the earlier Han dynasty for enriching the research of the China,Asia and even world's sports civility.
