| 摘 要： | 网络经济带来了巨大的变革，企业的生存方式、发展策略迫切需要调整。本文通过对二八法则与长尾理论进行了阐述与分析，运用相关经济学理论进行解释，提出了长尾理论下中小企业发展的策略。
