| 摘 要： | 通过对人事档案功能、特点的分析,提出了人事档案双套制整理方法。此方法是基于人事档案服务主体和内容的不同,分为两套来整理,即一套为人事管理服务,一套为人事档案当事人服务。人事档案双套制整理不仅充实和完善了人事档案的内容,提高了人事档案的利用价值,同时还有利于改变人事档案“沉睡”和被大量“遗弃”的现状。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of the personnel archives＇ function and characteristics,this paper proposes the two sets of finishing methods of personnel files.The method is divided into two sets,based on the difference of the service subject and the content of personnel archives.One is to serve personnel management,the other is to personnel archive party.The two sets system of personnel files can not only be conducive to enrich and perfect the content and value of the personnel files,but also change the situation of great number of ＂sleeping＂ and ＂abandoned＂ personnel files. |
