| 摘 要： | 在现代科技发展的各种推动性力量中,政府的推动力量是持续而强大的,政府对科技发展的推动作用必不可少且不可替代。目前在我国地方科技发展中,地方政府的作用并没有得到积极有效的发挥。对此文章提出了地方政府在区域科技发展中应急需完善的几个方面。
