| 摘 要： | 艺术教育的根本目标是培养全面发展的人。文章阐述了在管理学教学中渗透艺术教育的重要性,提出了挖掘管理学中艺术教育素材、做好渗透艺术教育的教学设计、嵌入以情感人、发挥教师潜移默化的艺术教育作用、营造寓教于乐的艺术教育氛围等渗透艺术教育的方法与路径。
